Quartz and sands

The recent acquisition of mining resources in the province of Cuenca shows our intention of becoming a major player in the market of ground quartz and silica sand for the ceramic industry.

Both our mineral deposits and subsequent washing processes are to obtain a high purity silica sand with a Si₂O content exceeding 98% and Fe₂O₃ below 0.05%, which after grinding is able to meet demanding technical requirements such as the frits and ceramic glazes sectors.

Our laboratories ensure chemical stability and particle size of the final product which meets the specifications given by our customers.
