By facilitating his/her personal data and email address to EUROARCE, the interested party expressly AUTHORISES the use of that data for periodic communications, by email or otherwise, from EUROARCE to their clients and other interested parties, informing them of actions/news, courses, programmes and any other offers of services and products related to their professional activity. Any person whose personal data are the object of processing may exercise their rights of challenge, access, rectification and cancellation of their data by sending an e-mail to this address: euroarce@samca.com, asking either for (i) access to his/her personal data incorporated into EUROARCE's automatic files, and/or its rectification, providing EUROARCE with the correct personal data or (ii) cancelling the authorisation for the period communications. In case of rectification or cancellation, EUROARCE will notify the effective rectification or cancellation of the personal data.
