Exemplary Mine Restorations
We complete each production cycle with the propper restoration of the land, developing projects creating new uses that are equal to or even greater than those prior to mining operations. We apply the best available techniques (BAT) and collaborate with local organisations to support sustainable community development.
Responsible Water Management
The production of raw materials for the ceramic industry requires responsible water management. At Euroarce, we work across our industrial plants and minig sites to minimise water consumption, by promoting closed-loop systems, water recirculation and efficient intake and discharge management.
Renewable Energy Generation and Consumption
We actively reduce reliance on fossil fuels through cogeneration plants and on-site photovoltaic self-consumption systems. In addition, the Grupo SAMCA owns renewable energy companies that generate renewable electricity for grid supply.
