A group of 75 North American students from SYA.org (School Year Aboard) planted more than 200 olive trees this Wednesday at the Beatriz mine in Oliete as part of a reforestation project in which the company Euroarce, part of the Samca group, participated in collaboration with Apadrinaunolivo.org.
SYA.org is an educational program where North American students study Spanish for a year in order to complete their education. Yesterday they visited Oliete as part of the reforestation plans that the foundation for the recovery of barren olive groves deploys in alliance with Euroarce, which exploits this mine for the extraction of clay.
